Outline of program details:
There are two types of reseller levels in our Reseller Program. A Direct
Reseller, one who works directly with restaurants to close
reservation system sales, and a
Reseller Recruiter, who recruits our Direct
Resellers.
Geographical Area of Marketing:
As of 3rd Quarter 2006, we are seeking those who wish to
market to restaurants in North America (USA & Canada). We will
launch our reservation services to the UK in mid 1st Quarter of
2007.
Direct Reseller:
A Direct Reseller's typical role is to contact restaurants who
will benefit from our reservation system. Contacts may be made by
cold calling, personal visits or the restaurant may already be a
customer of the Direct Reseller, as in them being a web developer
of restaurant web sites. For their efforts, the Direct Reseller will receive a
commission on all sales which are closed plus recurring commission1 for
all reservations made provided they are a Direct Reseller in "good standing" in the
reseller program. The Direct Reseller program is aimed at those
who are not seeking a full-time position, but instead, those who
wish to supplement their income by providing value added services
to restaurants. Persons participating in this program will be
a point-of-contact with the restaurant and work with them to get
the proper links on the web site which will take their web
visitors to the reservation system.
A Direct Reseller will generally work with a Reseller Recruiter as
described below:
Reseller Recruiter:
A Reseller Recruiter's typical role is to create a network of
Direct Resellers. After successfully
signing up a Direct Reseller, the role of the recruiter is to keep
their Direct Reseller's motivated and to aggressively build the
network of Direct Resellers under them. Reseller Recruiters earn a
percentage of all revenue generated by their Direct Resellers2
while they are in "good standing" in the reseller program.
Reseller Recruiters are prohibited from selling directly to
restaurants and likewise, they may not collect commissions on such
leads. All such leads should be either turned over to a Direct
Reseller or Dining-Reservations.com. This limitation in the
program shall provide confidence to the Direct Resellers that they
are not in competition with their recruiters.
Good Standing Definitions:
1 You must resell at least 1 new account each 2 months
in order to continue to remain in the reseller program. If at
least 1 new account is not resold in a 2 month period your
reseller account goes into a probation period and you have up to 3
months to get back on track. During that time period, you forfeit
reseller commissions, however, once you do resell an account you
are then reinstated as an active reseller. There is a minimum one
month forfeiture of reseller commissions once your account is
placed on probation.
2 You must recruit at least 1 new Direct Reseller each
2 months in order to continue to remain in the reseller program.
If at least 1 new Direct Reseller is not resold in a 2 month
period your reseller account goes into a probation period and you
have up to 3 months to get back on track. During that time period,
you forfeit reseller commissions, however, once you do sign-up a
new Direct Reseller you are then reinstated as an active Reseller
Recruiter. There is a minimum one month forfeiture of reseller
commissions once your account is placed on probation.

We provide not only existing reservation customers, but also all
web site visitors a comprehensive listing of restaurants across
North America. Traffic is driven to our web site for both
informational reasons and booking convenience.
Sign-up cost to participate in the Reseller Program:
Both Reseller Recruiters and Direct Resellers must pay a one-Time
application fee of $49.92. The application fee may be either paid
at sign-up or may be deducted at the rate of $8.32/month for 6
months from commissions, allowing a minimal commitment from you.
Why do we charge an application fee?
The goal of the Dining-Reservations.com Reseller Program is to
work those who wish to aggressively resell our service. Quite
simply put, if you're not willing to dedicate what is needed to be
one of our resellers, we don't want your application. The
application fee which is charged is minimal and a way to know that
you're ready to commit what is needed.
Our reseller program is excellent for:

service enhancements to their clients

Commission Details:
Resellers receive special access to a live reporting page
which allows real-time tracking of resold accounts,
confirmed bookings and commissions earned. All "confidential" client
information is held in confidence between LCS and the resold
account.
Commissions are paid
semi-monthly (each two weeks) via PayPal,
other stipulations on commission earnings may apply, please
